Purpose & Vision
GoNext is a next-generation sports application designed to connect athletes through pickup games, events, and shared experiences. The platform brings together competitive athletes, recreational players, and sports enthusiasts into a single ecosystem—enabling users to play, connect, and track performance in real time.
The project focused on creating a product experience that felt intuitive, energetic, and community-driven, while maintaining the clarity and usability required for frequent, on-the-go engagement.
Challenge
The primary challenge was designing for multiple user types within one cohesive experience. GoNext needed to support competitive players seeking structured games, casual users looking for social fitness, and enthusiasts who engage through content and community—all without fragmenting the interface.
Additional challenges included:
Making discovery of local games fast and frictionless
Balancing feature depth with simplicity
Designing a system that scales across sports, locations, and skill levels
The product needed to feel welcoming to new users while powerful enough for regular, high-engagement athletes.
Strategy
The strategy centered on connection, clarity, and momentum.
The interface was designed to prioritize action—getting users from onboarding to gameplay with minimal friction. Clear visual hierarchy, bold calls to action, and intuitive navigation guide users through discovery, participation, and interaction.
Community features were treated as first-class elements of the experience, reinforcing GoNext’s role as more than a scheduling tool—it’s a social platform built around shared passion for sport.

Closing Remarks
This project demonstrates my approach to product design as a visual architect—building experiences that align user needs, strategy, and storytelling into a cohesive system. By focusing on clarity, scalability, and engagement, the product establishes a strong foundation for long-term growth and meaningful user interaction.
